Wellbeing Retreats

A nourishing, restorative and connecting three day wellbeing retreat.

Come and spend time by the ocean learning wellbeing practices and connecting with yourself, others, and nature. Leave with inspiration, ideas and tools to make positive changes for your wellbeing.

Enjoy our cabins or space for camping by the fire. We’re a hop and a skip away from the beach on the Kapiti / Horowhenua coast, an hour north of Wellington. Bring your togs, woolly socks, and an open mind.

“That’s what I love so much about this weekend. It’s so accessible. It’s not some glitzy place that I’ll never be able to get to again. It’s something I can do next weekend and every weekend. Go swim in the ocean, make time for journaling. How can I go back to normal weekends after this!”
Tessa

"Congratulations to Rene, Sally, Matt, Fiona and Mark for an extremely well structured and well run retreat! As evidenced by the photos I thoroughly enjoyed it !"
