Thank you for registering for the Circuit Breaker retreat! Before you embark on this journey with us, please take a moment to review and acknowledge the following disclaimers and complete the form.
Physical Activity:
The retreat program includes physical activities. While these activities are generally safe for most people, they may involve some physical exertion and risk. Note all activities are optional and there will be no pressure to participate in anything.
It is your responsibility to assess your own fitness level and ensure you are physically capable of participating in any activity.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please let us know and if necessary consult with your doctor before attending the retreat.
Food and Dietary Restrictions:
We will provide delicious and nutritious meals throughout the retreat (including vegetarian / gluten free options). However, we cannot guarantee all meals will be completely allergen-free.
Please inform us of any severe food allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
We encourage you to bring any snacks or specific dietary supplements you may require.
Weather and Outdoor Activities:
New Zealand weather can be unpredictable, and the retreat program includes some outdoor activities.
Please be prepared for changing weather conditions and dress accordingly. We recommend packing layers, rain gear, and comfortable shoes.
The retreat venue is located in a natural environment, and there may be insects, wildlife, and uneven terrain. Please be mindful of your surroundings and take appropriate precautions.
Mental and Emotional Wellbeing:
There may be activities and discussions that address personal challenges and emotions.
Participation in these activities is entirely voluntary, and you are encouraged to set personal boundaries and take breaks as needed.
If you have any concerns about your mental or emotional health, please speak to a retreat facilitator or seek professional help before or during the retreat. Note that we don’t have mental health professionals on staff.
Personal Responsibility:
You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing during the retreat.
Please follow all retreat guidelines and instructions provided by facilitators.
We want to create an environment of trust and respect. On the first evening we will discuss as a group how we want to create this. All forms of harassment, abuse and discrimination will not be tolerated. If this occurs we reserve the right to ask the offender to leave (we will give a 100% refund).
You are responsible for any personal belongings you bring to the retreat.
Release of Liability:
By participating in the Circuit Breaker retreat, you acknowledge and agree that the retreat organisers and facilitators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the retreat.
You agree to release the retreat organisers and facilitators from any claims arising from your participation in the retreat.
Emergency Situations:
In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions provided by retreat facilitators.
Emergency contact information will be provided at the retreat.
